CoolCore Shipping Policy

At CoolCore, all parts are manufactured to order to ensure the highest quality and precision.

Order Processing

All orders are processed once payment has been received. As our parts are made to order, manufacturing time is typically 2–3 weeks before dispatch.

Customers will receive a confirmation email once their order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are charged at the following flat rates:

• New Zealand Shipping: $25 NZD per order

• International Shipping: $60 NZD per order

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping timeframes begin after the manufacturing period (3–4 weeks).

Estimated delivery times:

• New Zealand: 1–3 business days after dispatch

• International: 7–14 business days after dispatch (may vary depending on destination)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may be charged by their country upon arrival.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. CoolCore is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us so we can assist in resolving the issue with the shipping provider.
