Refund Policy – Cool Core

At Cool Core, all parts are manufactured to order. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept refunds or returns for change of mind.

Made-to-Order Products

All Cool Core products are produced specifically for each order. Once an order has been placed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.

To assist with your claim, we may request:

• Order number

• Description of the issue

• Photos of the product

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details, specifications, and compatibility requirements are correct before placing an order. As our parts are made to order, we cannot accept returns due to incorrect ordering.
